We currently cover parts of the East Valley. Our primary options are the Chandler and Gilbert area, but we can send Partenders to parts of Mesa, Queen Creek, and Ahwatukee. Events in Tempe and Scottsdale would require a conversation. Contact us for details.
Look at the various Services pages of our website, but depending on the type of event, a Partender can cost between $300 and $400 for a 4-5 hour block of time.
PartendersAZ has liability coverage for up to $1 million. We do not sell alcohol, so your homeowners insurance or a commercial venue should cover most issues that may arise from your party. However, in case of any additional issues, we have coverage.
We currently do not provide any alcohol, although we are experts at helping you arrange the proper amount of drinks that you may need for your party. You can purchase packages that include mixers, plastic cups, and ice. This will be worked out during the pre-party communication process.
You may request any type of event. Typically, a Bachelor Party would require 2 Partenders, one of whom is male.
All events must be booked and paid for at least 14 days in advance typically. Food charges are not refundable more than 7 days before the event as our preferred food partners are already planning for your order. Partender fees are refundable up to 7 days before the event minus a $150 charge. There are no refunds for cancellations 7 days or less before the event as our Partenders have already made plans to work for you.
Our Partenders management team reserves the right to show up at any event and observe the quality of service our Partenders are providing.
Our Partenders are here to make your event fun and enjoyable. For most events, we prefer that a tip jar (which will be provided by the Partender) is displayed prominently at their station. In the event that you do not wish to have your guests tipping at a party, we require a 30% fee be added to the base price of your Partender(s) at the time of payment.
Our Partenders have a range of options available, and we will work with you to discuss appropriate attire for your event.
Our Partenders will bring their own bottle openers, shakers, wine openers, ice scoops, and tip jars. We can also provide tablecloths. Everything else will be discussed in your pre-party communication process.
Once we work out the details via phone and email, you will be sent an invoice via Square to pay via credit card for the Partender(s) and any additional items. Tips are paid via cash and Venmo at the event.
